Meeting Booking Made Easy with Levitate’s New “Schedule a Meeting” Feature

Levitate clients can now say so long to the headache and hassle of appointment scheduling with the arrival of one of our most-requested new features.

But we also know email isn’t your ultimate goal—it’s simply a tool to get you where you want to be: face-to-face or on a call in real-time with current or prospective clients.

That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our Schedule a Meeting feature. Now, Levitate users can quickly and easily invite clients to a meeting right from their dashboard or share a link via email to streamline outreach. The solution functions exactly like other meeting scheduling tools you may have used, such as Calendly--and now, you can get it all from Levitate!

Integrated with Google, Office365, and Exchange servers, Levitate eliminates the hassle (on both ends!) of trying to find available meeting times using clunky, buried, back and forth emails. One email utilizing the Schedule a Meeting feature is all it takes.

I’m a Levitate user. How does it work?

  1. The next time you log into your Levitate account, head to Settings under your name in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard. 
  2. Scroll down until you see “Schedule a Meeting.” (Please note: If you don’t see this under your Settings, your email system does not support this feature.) 
  3. Under Schedule a Meeting, you’ll see a pre-configured 30-minute and 60-minute meeting duration slot for your convenience, but these duration times are easily customizable.
  4. After selecting your meeting duration and setting your availability, copy the Schedule a Meeting link and drop it into a client email. He or she can follow the link and choose a time that works for them. 
  5. Pro Tip: Add your meeting booking link to your signature!  Clients can set up time with you whenever they want.


Then, stand back and watch as the meeting automatically appears on your Google or Outlook calendar. You’ll also receive a notification email confirming the event.  Scheduling a call or in-person meeting has never been easier!
