Social Media Attachments Up to 10 Images

You can now include up to 10 images in a single social media post, up from the previous limit of seven. This means richer, more engaging content without having to split into multiple posts, helping users showcase more at once (e.g., event recaps, product galleries) directly from Levitate .

Smarter Meeting Scheduling & Redtail Calendar

  • Group Meetings: Users can add up to three additional participants when setting up a meeting, with Levitate checking everyone’s availability to find common times. Perfect for small team check-ins or client calls without back-and-forth emails .
  • Redtail Calendar Update: When you book through Redtail, the confirmation message now clearly lets you know the meeting is scheduled, so there’s no confusion even though Redtail itself doesn’t issue a calendar invite.

Send Warnings for Timing & Holidays

  • Send Right Away Warning: If you choose “Send Right Away” outside of business hours, Levitate now alerts you that the campaign will start immediately rather than waiting for the next business window, reducing accidentally off-hour sends .
  • Holiday Sending Warning: Scheduling an email over a holiday will trigger a reminder that Levitate doesn’t send on holidays by default, and suggests using advanced date options to ensure timely delivery .

Enhanced Tag Management

  • Tag Categories: Tags can now be grouped into user-defined categories, improving organization for things like Opportunity Boards or Survey-driven tags, ideal for quickly filtering and reporting .
  • Color & Priority Logic: On the Contacts page, only the highest-priority tag appears (e.g., Client, Prospect), based on a new tiered system; colors are fully customizable to make your most important tags stand out at a glance .

Streamlined HTML Newsletters

In Admin, the HTML Newsletter settings have been overhauled into a single Manage Newsletter Settings button. From there you can:

  1. Configure your email signature
  2. Choose how to send newsletters
  3. Provision and monitor your sending domain (with real-time status)

This centralizes setup and reduces confusion, especially for financial firms needing strict domain control .

Google Review → Social Post Builder

Transform a Google review into a polished social media graphic in seconds. Once your Google Business Profile is connected, click “Create Social Post” to:

  • Select colors, include stars or logos
  • Edit testimonial text
  • Post directly to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram

This turns customer feedback into high-impact social proof without leaving Levitate .

Template Keyword Tagging

When saving a template to your Content Library, you can now assign keywords on the spot instead of revisiting the library to tag it later, making template organization faster and more intuitive .

Email Usage Insights

Each Group Email Report now displays:

  • Your daily and hourly send limits
  • Remaining send capacity
    This transparency helps explain why a campaign may pause mid-send and lets you plan larger sends with confidence .
