Since joining the company in 2020 as Director of Business Development, she has increased inbound revenue by over 2,000%, secured a spot on the INC 5000 list three years in a row, and led award-winning campaigns that helped Levitate earn Best SaaS Product for Small Business/SMEs from the SaaS Awards, Best in SaaS for Relationship Marketing, multiple Gartner Digital Markets “Best of” badges, recognition as one of Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, a USA TODAY Top Workplace honor, and a place on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500. Under her leadership, the marketing team has also generated hundreds of glowing reviews on G2 and Capterra, strengthening Levitate’s authority in customer-first, AI-powered marketing solutions.

With broad marketing expertise, Crystal specializes in SaaS marketing, relationship marketing, inbound growth, AI strategy, and small business engagement. Before stepping into her current role, she led Levitate’s integrations and partnerships with major industry players such as Clio, Wealthbox, and the Big-I.

Outside of work, she fosters rescue dogs and serves on the board of VAE, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering artists and strengthening Raleigh’s creative community through professional development, exhibitions, and neighborhood-based programs.
