At Levitate, we're always working to improve our platform to help you build better relationships and simplify your workflow. This month, we’ve rolled out several exciting updates that you’ll want to check out:
We’ve made significant improvements in tracking failed text messages. Now, you can easily identify one-time errors and distinguish them from contacts who have opted out permanently. This enhancement helps you stay focused on engaged contacts while minimizing wasted outreach.
We’ve expanded our Applied Epic integration by bringing in the 'Do Not Market' designation. Now, any clients marked as 'Do Not Market' in Epic will automatically be excluded from Levitate’s email and text campaigns, ensuring compliance and better control over your communications.
In our BCC CRM feature, you can now add multiple email addresses for writeback to non-integrated CRMs. This added flexibility helps you keep all necessary parties informed without additional effort.
We’ve created Zapier templates for popular platforms like Give Lively, PayPal, Square, and Stripe. These templates make it simpler to sync donation data into Levitate’s Donation Board, automatically pulling key information such as donor name, email, donation amount, and campaign.
We’ve updated how campaign duplicate notifications work. Previously, users would receive a notification whenever an email template was opened again after already being used by someone on the account. Now, you’ll only be notified if you were the one who previously used the template, reducing unnecessary alerts.
For accounts with active numbers but unregistered texters, we’ve added a helpful pop-up reminding users of the December 1st texting registration deadline. The pop-up includes links to help articles and the email address of your Customer Success Manager for further assistance.
We’ve also introduced new Zapier templates for HouseCall Pro, which will pull contact information for scheduled or completed jobs into Levitate. This makes it easier to keep your contacts organized and up to date without manual entry.
Custom Lead parsers can now pull in street address fields, enhancing the accuracy of your lead data and giving you more complete information from the start.
