Text clients from your Zoom Phone number.
Connect Zoom, and your texts, automations and meeting reminders go out from the Zoom Phone number your clients already know. Every meeting booked through Levitate gets its own Zoom link, and your recorded calls can become notes on the client's record.
One number.
Clients hear from the Zoom Phone number they already know.
Every meeting linked.
Each meeting booked through Levitate gets its own Zoom link.
All in one place.
Texts you send from the Zoom app show up in Levitate too.
Text from the number clients already know
Text clients one to one from Levitate, and the message goes out through Zoom from your own Zoom Phone number. Texts you send from the Zoom app sync into Levitate, so every conversation is on the client's record, and your texts stay with the rest of your Zoom records.
You're never on your own
Your Success Specialist turns on texting through Zoom for your account, helps you connect Zoom and choose your number, and stays with you long after launch day. It's the award-winning support behind every Levitate account.
Reminders that come from you
Automations and meeting reminders text from your Zoom Phone number too, so a booking confirmation or a birthday wish comes from the same number as everything else you send.
A Zoom link on every booked meeting
When a client books time with you in Levitate, a new Zoom meeting is created and the link goes into their confirmation and calendar invite. Reschedule and the same meeting moves. Cancel and it's taken care of.
Notes from your Zoom calls, written for you
Record a Zoom meeting with its transcript, and Levitate's AI assistant can summarize it for you, with a link to the recording. Save the summary as a note on the client's record, so the details are there before your next conversation.
Put Zoom to work for every conversation.
