AI-drafted emails and social posts stay drafts until you approve them. The Keep in Touch agent pre-fills a message for you to edit and send, and deliberately has no bulk send button. The Email Exec Assistant drafts replies and waits. AI campaigns land in a review grid where you approve them one at a time or all at once.
When you're ready to hand something off, like replies to your Google reviews, you set the rules once and it runs on its own.
Levitate does not share your data with AI model providers for training, and under those providers' current terms they cannot use it to develop or improve their models either. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve Levitate itself, as described in our privacy policy.
Every user's AI access mirrors the permissions they already have in Levitate. Each feature reaches only the data it needs: the content assistant sees what you are writing, Meeting Prep and the assistant can reach your contacts, timelines, team notes, and connected calendar, and the Keep in Touch agent reviews engagement history and data boards.
Emails sent through Levitate still flow through your existing archiving integrations, including Smarsh and Global Relay, and through Compliance Flow and broker-dealer pre-approval wherever your account is set up for it. Turning on AI does not route anything around the controls you already have.
Levitate completes an annual SOC 2 audit. Stored credentials are encrypted with AWS Key Management Service on FIPS 140-2 validated hardware. We connect to your email through OAuth only, so Levitate never sees or stores your password. Our Trust Center at trust.levitate.ai gives live visibility into our security controls, and the SOC 2 report is available there under NDA.
Connecting your own AI assistant through our MCP server means your data travels through that assistant's account, so your provider's terms govern retention and training on their side. Worth checking your provider's current policy before you connect.

AI FAQs
Is my client data used to train AI models?
No. Levitate does not share your data with model providers for training, and their current terms prevent them from using it to improve their models.
Can the AI send something without me seeing it?
Only if you set it up that way. AI drafts wait for you, and hands-off features only run once you turn them on.
Does this work with my compliance requirements?
Yes. Archiving integrations, Compliance Flow, and broker-dealer pre-approval all continue to apply.
What does it cost?
