What does the MyCase x Levitate integration do?
Levitate will automatically pull contacts, key facts, and
tags from MyCase.
Data syncs instantaneously as it changes– as well as once a week during our full resync to make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the two systems.
Contact information includes first and last name, phone number, email address, street address, company name, case information, and attorney-case ownership information.
With this integration, tags, key facts, and case information will automatically update.
