Features / Reporting and Analytics
See what's working. Do more of it.
Every email, text, post, review, survey, event, automation, blog and ad you run through Levitate is reported in one place, down to how each client engages. Quick to check, and detailed enough to plan your next move.
Every channel, reported inside Levitate.
Stop guessing what worked.
Most small businesses send emails in one tool, post in another and run ads in a third, then guess at what worked. Levitate reports it all together, so you can see which outreach actually turns into replies, reviews and leads.
Know who opened, clicked and wrote back.
Every email campaign shows who opened, clicked and replied. Filter results by tag to see how a specific group engaged, search past campaigns by title or subject, and send a follow-up right from the report.
See how each client engages.
Every contact profile shows their open, click and reply rates at a glance. Know who's paying attention and who's gone quiet before your next conversation.
Watch your automations work.
Automation reports show what was sent, opened, clicked and replied to at every step, and flag any step that didn't go through, with the reason. Filter by automation, trigger or the person who built it.
Reviews, posts, surveys, events, blogs, ads and your website, too.
Track review growth and star ratings by location, every post and blog you've scheduled or published, survey responses including NPS, event registrations, ad spend and cost per lead, and website visits, all next to the rest of your marketing.
Share it with the people who need it.
Save a filtered report as a link and send it to your team or leadership. Pipeline, policy and donation boards get visual dashboards you can drill into, and most reports export to a spreadsheet when you need the raw numbers.
Reporting and Analytics pairs well with:
Make your next campaign smarter than your last.
Book a demo and see what your marketing is actually doing.“I got one client immediately. They signed up already, and that’s $5,000 — that pays for Levitate.”
