What makes it secure?
Files are protected with 256-bit AES encryption, and file sharing is covered by our SOC 2 compliance.
Do my clients need an account or password?
No. They click the link and upload from any device.
How long do upload links last?
Thirty days. An upload link in your email signature doesn't expire.
What can clients upload?
PDFs, Word and Excel files, and JPG or PNG images.
Does AI read my clients' documents?
Levitate strips out identifying information before the AI sorts a document, so it can label what came in without seeing your clients' personal details.
