How is this different from Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or other mass blast email providers?

Email service providers like Mailchimp and Constant Contact are designed for a single purpose: sending mass-blast emails.  Levitate is a relationship nurturing platform that includes marketing coaching, pre-written content templates, contact management features, AI-created content, automations, reminders, and more.  Unlike mass blast email providers, emails sent through the Levitate platform use your every day email server (Gmail or Outlook) so emails look and feel like a one-to-one, personal email.  This is one of the reasons why our customers’ emails average 60%+ open rates compared to 20% using mass blast tools.

How is it different from my Agency Management System, Field Service Management System, Practice Management System or CRM?

Levitate complements (and in some cases, integrates with) a number of CRMs, Agency Management Systems, Field Service Management and Practice Management Systems across various industries. What is your email open rate? Reply rate?

Thanks to the keep-in-touch tactics we coach our clients on every day -- and the fact that Levitate sends emails via your personal, regular email server (Outlook and Gmail) -- Levitate emails average 60%+ open rates and 10% reply rates. This is in contrast to emails sent via mass blast providers, which are closer to 20% across all industries. (Most mass blast providers don’t even talk about reply rates, because their emails aren’t designed to start conversations. That’s where we come in.)

Are there any contracts?

You are not required to sign a contract when becoming a Levitate customer. Levitate is an annual subscription service, and you can choose not to renew at your next annual renewal date at any time. You will then have access to the platform for the remainder of the 12 month billing cycle that you originally purchased but not have your account renewed for the following year.

How will I get billed?

Levitate plans are billed annually based on when you signed up for the service.  If you joined on August 1st, you will be billed again on August 1st of the following year.
