Levitate "Refer-A-Friend" Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms carefully before participating in the Levitate "Refer a Friend" Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

Eligibility:

• Open to all existing clients of Levitate.
• Referred individuals ("Referees") must be new clients to Levitate.

How to Participate:

• Share your unique referral link provided in your Levitate dashboard.
• Referees must sign up using the referral link for clients to receive rewards.
• Referees may also mention the client that referred them as a referral source when requesting a demo on Levitate's website at levitate.ai/contact.

Rewards:

• Clients receive a gift card (VISA or a participating business of their choice) for each qualified Referee who purchases Levitate..
• Gift cards are disbursed within 30 business days of Referees becoming clients.

Referral Tracking and Qualification:

• Levitate reserves the right to qualify leads and reject unqualified ones.
• Clients won't receive credit for prospects currently engaged in conversation with Levitate or within the past 30 days.
• Reward balances may be adjusted in case of cancellation.

Modification or Termination:

• Levitate may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
• Changes to these Terms are effective upon posting.
