We are looking for a versatile, well-rounded marketer to support all aspects of our marketing efforts with an emphasis on social media strategy and execution, public relations, content creation and paid media efforts. Everyone at Levitate wears many hats, and this role is no exception; as a small but quickly growing team, we roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to help get the job done (and we love it that way!).


  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, develop marketing plans, and execute campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and industry verticals we serve (insurance, financial, legal)
  • Develop, implement, and execute our social media strategy, defining the most important social media KPIs for our organization and delivering on them
  • Manage the company’s day-to-day presence on social media, engaging in social listening and relevant industry conversations, responding to messages across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Manage company’s presence on reviews platforms such as Capterra and G2 Crowd, developing and implementing campaigns to drive client reviews
  • Secure media placements by monitoring HARO and other resources, thinking creatively about how to drive press and and engage journalists.
  • Manage the launch of integration partnerships as needed, developing omnichannel marketing plans and delivered on them
  • Create on-brand content in support of campaigns including written, imagery, and video, built both DIY and in partnership with vendors.
  • Manage, measure and optimize our paid media campaigns. 
  • Manage contractor/vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency of outsourced work.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.


  • BA/BS degree
  • Min. 5 years experience in marketing roles
  • Social media expertise with a demonstrated history of building social followings and knowledge of best practices
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, including direct experience writing and editing marketing communications such as emails, blog posts, press releases, ads, social media posts, etc.
  • Creative competence, with an eye for great branding 
  • Knowledge of paid media channels
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.  
  • Bonus skills: HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WebFlow, Adwords, Hootsuite
