We’re looking for Customer Success Coordinators to join our rock star Customer Success team. Our Success Team ensures our customers are set up for maximum success after the initial sale has occurred.
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the glue of the Customer Success team. Your role will be to ensure that the Success team’s customer onboarding meetings are properly scheduled, follow-up meetings are set for customers, and to support the success team by regularly surveying the customer base and ensuring we are moving accounts forward.
You need to be naturally empathetic and highly curious, with zero fear of proactive outreach via phone, and ability to deal with rejection. The role also requires a strong blend of organization skills and tenacity to help ensure that the success team is hitting and exceeding targeted metrics.
